 May 27, 28, 29 & 30 from 12:30-2:00 pm. 

 

At Finals Frenzy, NHS students and teachers will be available to assist students in preparing for final exams.

PEER TUTORING

 

Students Helping Students (SHS)- SHS is a drop-in after school tutoring program where students can receive FREE help!  National Honors Society students are available to provide tutoring in various academic subjects.  This location is a great place to get homework help and review for upcoming tests!

 

 

Days:  Mondays & Thursdays  

 

Time:  2:40-3:30

 

Location:  Room 116

 

 

By attending SHS, you can…..

·        Utilize Free Tutoring available on a regular basis

·        Begin homework before heading home

·        Take advantage of special monthly presentations held on topics such as organizational strategies, note taking tips, and study skills

 

If a student is seeking help in Spanish or French, Spalding’s foreign language tutoring in these two areas will be offered on Thursdays during the SHS sessions described above.  Latin tutoring will be held at a different location.  It will be organized by Ms. Stattel, the Latin teacher.  Please contact her at ext. 272 for details.
