    The purpose of this site is to provide answers to common questions about computer, printer, and network problems here at ASHS.  In addition, there are documents that provide information you may find useful. 

     There are many other possible questions that may come up that are not covered here, and even the answers I have provided may not be clear to everyone.  Please feel free to e-mail me with questions, suggestions, and criticism.

     Please don't fear to ask what you might think is a "stupid question".  If you have a problem understanding something, let us know.       

    As of right now, there are no pictures available to augment these documents, but who knows what the future will bring.
